Our dyeing plant, which is mainly painting carded and combed yarns of cotton yarn types, is also active in dyeing mercerized yarns. Our facility consists of laboratory, raw transfer, dyeing, extrusion, drying, commercial wrapping, packaging and dispatch units, where the dyeing process in coil-forms will be performed.
In our laboratory, tests such as fiber length, strength, uster values and moisture content are performed for our main raw material, the cotton.
By dyed yarns; color and abraj controls, fastness controls and other tests in accordance with customer demands are checked according to Oeko-Tex 100 (Product class I) Standards. In our facility with a capacity of 20 tons daily, various capacities, ranging from 5 kg to 1300 kg will be served. You can find our machine park in the list below.
